We have three processes: the first step is the Introductory Call to figure out the scope of the project, the second step is the R&D Production Phase and the last step is the Final Production Phase.

The R&D Production Phase, for each product (let's say soap bars) we make a few rounds of the bars, purchase the molds (if needed), the stamps and the soap boxes. You would get 8 bars of the soap bars you want, and this goes for a few rounds, until we get the scent or color looking correctly.

Along with figuring out a soap size as well (3.5-inch, 4-inch, 4.5-inch to 5-inch bars). It depends how many different bars you're doing, also the ingredients, and then lastly, the box design and the logo size on the soap to get the soap stamps made.

This cost can go up or down, just depends on how many bars we are creating.

The Final Production Phase is once the R&D Production Phase gets finalized, so you get samples of the soaps you want, the boxes, and the soaps stamped on the finished product.

Then we go into the Final Production run, and that's it being boxed, stamped and out the door.

For this normally, we do between 250 to 1,000 bars of soap (of one product). The pricing depends how many essential oils are in the bar, the size of the bar and any labor involved.

We do not have the capacity to act as a drop ship center to ship to individual customers of our clients (we do have recommendations for some). We can ship it to your warehouse, Amazon warehouse or your store location.

On all our products, we have different minimums based on our workflow and inventory management:

Bar Soaps: 250 - 10,000
Liquid Soaps: 1,000 - 10,000*
Body Scrubs: 1,000 - 10,000*
Shampoos: 1,000 - 10,000*
Conditioners: 1,000 - 10,000*
Hand Lotion: 1,000 - 10,000*
Body Lotion: 1,000 - 10,000*
Body Wash: 1,000 - 10,000*

* The minimum the bottles/jars vendors will do at a reasonable cost is 5,000 MOQ, but we will do 1,000 bottles and hold the remaining 4,000 bottles (for a reorder) in our warehouse (if there is potential for a reorder).

The pricing depends on many factors, from either the soap bar size to the bottle size, to the number of ingredients inside the products which can increase or decrease the final price. There are two cost associated with the project, the R&D Production Phase cost (the creation process), and the Final Production Phase cost (the final run).

Normally, the R&D Production Phase takes about 30-60 days or longer, depends how many iterations we need to create to get the finish final product. Then the Final Production Phase, depending on how many items are being created - can range from 60-90 days or more, if it involves fulfilling jars or bottles (liquid soap, scrubs, shampoos, conditioners, hand lotion, body lotions and body washes). For soap bars, we have soap custom molds for sizing list below:

We can do other custom soap molds (makes 4-6 bars), that would involve getting a custom mold tray made, and based on how many bars are for the project, we would have to order a certain amount to create the bars.

For custom bottles, there are screen-printed bottles (the normal), and then emboss/deboss bottles (custom order) - here are the bottle breakdown for sizing list below:

• 25.4oz (750ml)
• 33.9oz (1,000ml)

We can do other custom bottle molds, that would involve getting a custom mold made, and based on how many bottles are for the project, we would have to order a certain amount from the bottle vendor based on your project.
