Shipping Info

Our estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. Standard Ground delivery is not guaranteed by the carrier, but will occur in 2-5 business days after the order has processed for most orders.

Orders shipped via 2nd Day and Next Day are guaranteed commencing on the first business day after the order was shipped. For the most up to date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

GIFT NOTES: Gift notes may be included in your shipment and receiver will receive a packing slip/invoice without pricing. To include a gift note, simply write your note in the "Note - Additional Comments" box on the "My Cart" page.

During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.

FREE SHIPPING: 

Orders qualifying for free shipping (over $50.00) will ship USPS or UPS Ground except for orders shipping to the western United States.

STANDARD GROUND: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing depending on product availability.
  • Orders shipped Standard Ground are typically delivered in 2-5 business days after processing.
  • Orders between 1-3 lbs are generally shipped via USPS.
  • Orders over 3 lbs are generally shipped via UPS Ground or DHL Ground.
  • Orders for P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS and are delivered within 5-14 business days.
  • Orders for APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are delivered within 14-21 days via USPS.
2nd DAY: Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. MST Monday–Friday will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders shipped via 2nd Day are delivered within 2 business days from the order ship date.
  • Orders for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are not eligible for 2nd Day service.
  • Expedited shipping does not include weekend delivery.
NEXT DAY: Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. MST Monday–Friday will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. MST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders shipped via Next Day are delivered within 1 business day from the order ship date.
  • Orders for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are not eligible for Next Day service.
